By uniting deep field experience with high-level design coordination, we created Lotus to fill a critical gap in the industry: a truly integrated construction management firm that understands the needs of both builders and visionaries. Together, we lead a team committed to thoughtful design, seamless project delivery, and spaces that bring long-term value to the communities they serve.

FOTINI ANTONIA CUSTER
FOUNDER + PRESIDENT
Fotini brings a multidisciplinary background to her role as President of Lotus , where she oversees all aspects of the firm’s projects. With experience spanning entitlements, consultant coordination, construction oversight, and regulatory compliance, she ensures projects move seamlessly from concept through completion.
Before founding Lotus to address a clear gap in the industry, Fotini held leadership roles at a construction management firm, where she managed a portfolio of development projects, directed preconstruction activities, and coordinated architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies to keep project milestones aligned with client objectives. Fotini also worked as a site superintendent overseeing complex sitework, utility infrastructure, grading, foundations, framing, roofing, and rough mechanicals.
Earlier in her career, Fotini practiced law specializing in regulatory matters. This legal and compliance foundation gives her a unique edge in navigating the intricate approval processes required for complex developments.
Fotini earned her degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Columbia University and her law degree from Penn State University. Her diverse expertise—blending real estate development, construction management, and compliance—positions her to lead Lotus with rigor, collaboration, and a strong commitment to delivering projects that strengthen communities.
